Psalm 37:16
16 Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked;

Pastor Dennis, I really salute you for the sermon today. It was really a blessing to hear from you. And it was really encouraging to hear how you drew strength from God and overcame your weaknesses. Thanks for going out of your comfort zone. The sharing was vulnerable and moving. It was really good. Haha.
I guess, we all know. We’ve all fallen short of God’s standards. We’ve all sinned. But there are always these stereotypes on every sin. And some sins, somehow ended up being more humiliating than others. More shameful. More sinful. When all sins, are unacceptable to begin with.
Because of these stereotypes, it’s harder for some people to confess, or to find somebody to turn to. Kinda unfair, isn’t it? Cause we’ve all sinned, maybe not in the same way. But what made him/her more dirty than us? More sinful. More unacceptable.
Weird. Just a passing thought…..
Anyways, yeah. As what was shared today. Good intentions are good. But they just stop at being good. They don’t do anything more than that. They have to be translated into actions. They have to speak, they have to happen. I hope I have more than good intentions. Really.
