hmm..den we had lessons lo..maths test!haii..i noe how to do de lo..i reeli know..jus tat i not enough tym to tink..haha..brain blk..haii..nvm ba..im not meant to pass my e maths test..lol..

hmm..den we had trg..coach wanted to go fer a longg runn..den we ran lo..haha..my stamina ish slackg sehh..haiiii...den we did drills all tis..hmm..den finally gamee..i reeli luv netball..ish lyk..suddenly i dun play netball i feel so sianzz lo..thou trg can b quite tirin at tyms..esps fridaee..hmm..netball rawkx..=p..

den afta tat..4 of us..plus snr huimin n amanda went to 85 to eat..haha..den we eat n chatted..den it was tym fer us to go to kallang..hmm..ya..haha..trg was quitee fun..heh..haha.we ran from the kallang netball centre to the s'pore indoor stadium..haha..tat long flight of stairs thr lo..hahah..den afta that we're suppose to do one leg climb up the stairs..the usual way u climb the stairs laa..den 2 sets../den hmm..2 steps lo..means u one tym climb 2 steps..hha..2 sets too..den we did double leg hop..1 steps firstt..den double-leg hop 2 steps at one tym..2 sets too..haha..den one sweeside?haha..duno how to spell..means u climb one part of the staoirs den u return den u climv even further den climb down agn den go to the top den cum down..hahaha..shiok siaa..den it's lyk..supa cool lo..everyone lukin at us..lyk renwoaoyou lydat sehh..hahhaha=p..but itz at nyt laa..haha so not alot of ppl..heh..den afta tat run bac to the netball centre..


den we did sme interestin drills wif the nanyang ger's netballers..haha..they're nyce ppl..hahaha..=)..hmm..it was tirin..but fun..haha..den blaze had frenly match wif vjc..den we saw our supa snrs..haha..dey stiu so pro lo..hmm..den tdy..wake up..woah..cramp!hahahahha..bth sia..hope my muscles will repair themselves quickly den i'l grow stronger..heh..kk..i go le bahh..zaijian!
